Founded by Noel Carroll and Noel Roberts in 1988, Michel’s Patisserie is an Australian owned franchise. Their business concept was to have fresh products made in a bakery every morning, and then deliver them to Michel’s for selling. The franchise is Australia-wide with 340 stores (as well as stores in New Zealand and China).
At Michel’s it's possible to buy a takeaway beverage (with a choice of a wide variety of coffees and teas), sit and eat a slice of the cake of the day, or pick up a quiche or sausage roll to go.
Michel’s also offer a variety of catering options, including cakes to feed up to seventy people, party fares (including mini pies, quiches, sausage rolls, spinach rolls and more) and cakes for special occasions such as weddings or christenings.
