Almost one third of the Generation Y respondents of our most recent survey admitted they have gone through their partner’s mobile phone.

Older Australians are more disciplined, as only five per cent of Baby Boomers admitted spying. Female respondents are more inclined to take a peek at their partner’s phones than males.

We surveyed mobile phone customers to see which carrier would stand apart from the rest. TPG came out on top and received our most satisfied customers award for mobile phone carriers.

They also received five stars in every single category; including price, service, reliability, accessibility of plan provider, plan availability, and billing.

Last year’s winner, Virgin Mobile, has this year received four stars for overall satisfaction. Compare the 2010 results with our most recent findings here.

Other mobile phone brands compared were Optus, Telstra, 3 Mobile, and Vodafone.
