Big W is a division of Woolworths Ltd, and is one of the largest department store chains in Australia. The Big W brand was born in 1976, and has since grown to over 160 stores across the country.

Their range includes various appliances, electronics, toys, beauty and healthcare products, bedding, sports equipment and much more.

They also offer other standard services such as home delivery of products, lay by, parcel pick-up and photo processing. Some Big W stores also have optometry services (opened in 2007) located in-store that market frames and lens, as well as providing customers with advice and eye tests.
