Australians certainly love their coffee, but with so many big chains and independent stores out there, choosing where to spend your money can be almost as difficult as deciding which tasty treat to go with your favourite cuppa.
According to our latest survey results in this area, 55% of Aussies have had the same coffee order for many years. But while many of us are set in our ways with regards to what we like drinking, we don’t mind ordering it elsewhere if a particular coffee shop isn’t up to scratch.
While the taste of our coffee is obviously very important, the biggest driver of satisfaction from our survey respondents was good customer service. That’s an area in which Muffin Break performed well in winning our Most Satisfied Customers Award for coffee shop chains for a third time.
