Hardware Stores Bunnings

Bunnings

The history of Australia’s largest hardware store chain dates back over one hundred years to 1886 – when Arthur and Robert Bunning migrated to this country. Throughout the next century, Bunnings expanded across Australia and focused on supplying do-it-yourself tools to their customers. The company was eventually bought by Wesfarmers Limited.

Presently, the company employs 31,000 people and has around 194 warehouses, 59 smaller stores and other trade centres. Their range is quite substantial – and covers equipment and supplies for:
  • Gardening
  • Flooring
  • Painting
  • Home renovations
  • Storage and cleaning
  • Electrical work
  • Hobbies
Bunnings also has a presence overseas in New Zealand.
