You’d have to be another level of clean freak to actually enjoy scrubbing your toilet. In fact, for the biggest cleaning enthusiasts amongst us, a sparkling clean toilet is probably something of an aspiration. But even if you don’t enjoy reaching for the toilet brush, cleaning your toilet and its surrounding area is an important job in helping to maintain a healthy and hygienic home.
It’s perhaps an easy job to overlook and put off but like most cleaning tasks, it’s only going to get harder the longer you leave it. A good toilet cleaner will bare much of the cleaning burden, but a bad one could leave you scrubbing for hours. So if you’ve experienced more time on your hands and keens than you would have liked, our customer satisfaction ratings are a good guide to help you decide which toilet cleaner is best for you.

Canstar Blue commissioned Colmar Brunton to survey 3,000 Australian consumers across a range of categories to measure and track customer satisfaction. The outcomes reported are the results from customers within the survey group who have purchased and used a toilet cleaning product in the last six months – in this case, 2,199 people.
Brands must have received at least 30 responses to be included. Results are comparative and it should be noted that brands receiving three stars have still achieved a satisfaction measure of at least six out of 10. Not all brands available in the market have been compared in this survey. The ratings table is first sorted by star ratings and then alphabetically. A rated brand may receive a ‘N/A’ (Not Applicable) rating if it does not receive the minimum number of responses for that criteria.
