The origins of Wattyl begin in 1915, when H.R Walters developed a treatment for reviving furniture. Wattyl continue to make products today for both Australian and New Zealand markets, for use in domestic, commercial and industrial markets. Currently they employ around 1000 people. Along with many unique brands to their name, Wattyl produce:

• Paints (for interior and exterior use)
• Varnishes
• Lacquers
• Protective coatings

The company is Australian owned and produces all their products in Australian factories.
