Online-led mobile services provider Amaysim offers a range of mobile and mobile data plans, stating that it is “dedicated to delivering simplicity, fairness and low prices”.
Amaysim was launched in 2010, introduced by a team of entrepreneurs, with its portfolio of mobile services having since evolved, with the company subsequently listing on the ASX in 2015.
Amaysim states that its business model is “built on innovative technology”, with its DIY account management “backed by award-winning, online-driven customer support”, from live chat to social media.

Amaysim offers a range of mobile plans, from postpaid to prepaid to pay-as-you-go, delivered via the Optus 4G Plus network.
Amaysim’s postpaid and prepaid plans come with unlimited talk and text to standard numbers in Australia, unlimited international standard talk to 10 countries, and varying data inclusions. Customers have the choice of paying upfront or receiving their bill each month, paying the same rates for each, with no lock-in contract.
“All Amaysim mobile phone plans come with the option of being postpaid or prepaid,” Amaysim explains. “You pay the same great rates whichever you choose.
“With postpaid, you use your mobile (or tablet) and each month you receive an invoice for your use during the previous 28 days. With prepaid, you pay for your mobile or data usage in advance, either by recharging online or using a voucher.
