About iPrimus Broadband

IPrimus_Logo2014iPrimus, formerly known as Primus Telecom, is a major telco company in Australia, and was the first ever company to acquire a telecommunications license after the deregulation of the Australian telco industry in 1997. In 2012 Primus Telecon was purchased by M2 Telecommunications, and became iPrimus.

The company is one of Australia’s largest telecommunications carriers, and offers ADSL, ADSL+2, NakedDSL, and 3G mobile broadband. iPrimus broadband services make use of both the Telstra and Optus networks, however its mobile network uses only Optus. iPrimus has done reasonably well over the years in Canstar Blue’s star ratings.
