Q: Naturally value for money is the greatest driver of prepaid phone service satisfaction. As the only provider to score five stars in this area, can you tell us why you think your service has resonated so successfully with consumers?

A: ALDImobile aims to help customers “find a plan that fits”. Our plans are set up in a clear and transparent manner, encouraging customers not to over or under spend on their monthly mobile bill.

We have tools available online that helps customers regularly check their usage pattern and recommends the best plan for them. This is a very different approach for a telecommunication provider, as we are actively trying to reduce our customers’ mobile bills.  ALDImobile has no industry tricks, no contracts and no excess fees.

We have a reliable network customers can trust. The mobile product of Medion Australia Pty Limited, ALDImobile, provides a 3G coverage footprint of 98.5% of the Australian population covering 1.3 million square kilometres, using part of Telstra’s 3G mobile network.

Q: Prepaid customers also want recharging to be as quick and easy as possible. Can you tell us about the recharge options that are available to ALDImobile customers?

A: ALDImobile has a myriad of options available to customers, including purchasing vouchers at one of our 374 stores, online through and even on their phone through the ALDImobile call centre or Android and Apple Application. We even have an automatic recharge option available to our customers through that will automatically top up your account when required.

Q: One in three young prepaid customers regularly spend long periods of time without credit because they quickly spend it all. What is your advice to prepaid customers who struggle to make their phone credit last?

A: Find the plan that fits! Review your monthly usage patterns and find the best plan for you. has a smart plan calculator on our main page, and all customers need to do is check their last bill and input how many minutes of calls, txt and data they used.
