From humble beginnings as a single store in South Australia to over a hundred locations around the country, retailer Allphones has grown to be a staple for those looking to get the latest computers, phones and gadgets without going through the major chain retailers. Find out more about retail brand below, and what products are on offer.

Allphones Shipping & Return Policy

Allphones delivers Australia-wide, with free delivery on orders over $100, and same day dispatch on orders finalised before 4pm, with shipping coming from Allphones’ Sydney warehouse. Express delivery is also available for those who can’t wait, with postage tracking available, and Allphones outlining general transit times and expectations for regional and metro areas on its website.

Allphones will accept ‘Change of Mind’ returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is unused or not yet activated, and is still in the original packaging. Allphones will provide you with a full refund, minus postage and handling fees, but don’t stress if you’ve opened the packaging, as Allphones also accepts some opened purchases, although they will apply a minimum 20% restocking fee for opened returns. Allphones additionally outlines brand warranties on its website, with transit and faulty product return information also available.

Allphones payment options

Allphones accepts payment through debit and credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express, along with PayPal for online orders and Zip Pay for those looking to break payments into more manageable amounts.

Allphones Member Account

As with most online retailers, Allphones offers a Member Account to help you store your details to make the checkout process quicker to move through, which can prove beneficial to those intending to come back for more. While you can always checkout as a guest, the Member Account also allows you to track your order and create a wishlist for potential future purchases.

Should I shop at Allphones?

While many may simply turn to the more well-known electronics retailers for all of their tech and gadget needs, smaller retailer chains such as Allphones offer plenty of competition to help you find the best fit for your needs, and your budget. However, it’s always best to look into all of your options before you ‘add to cart’, as you may find a better deal elsewhere. Additionally, as Allphones only sells unlocked mobile phones, if you’re buying a new phone, why not look into getting a new phone plan or SIM card while you’re at it?
