Optus says it is making it easier for business customers to save on their telco plans, by offering discounts of up to 20% off plan fees when they connect two or more new selected business postpaid plans.
Optus has also added a range of extras within Optus My Plan Business and Optus Mobile Broadband Business plans.
Matthew Ball, Head of Optus SMB, said: “Small businesses are looking for a telco provider that delivers great mobile and broadband plans, excellent value-adds and easy ways to reduce their telco costs. So we are sweetening our plans for small to medium business operators by delivering fantastic tiered discounts that reward customers who connect multiple services.”
The Optus SMB ‘multi-service discount’ is available to new and existing business customers who connect two or more new eligible services. Multi-service discounts start at 5% plan fee discount for two new eligible services, 10% for three new eligible services, 15% for four to nine new eligible services and a maximum of 20% plan fee discount for customers with 10 or more new eligible services.
“Our small to medium business customers are telling us that they often have several products and plans across their business and they are keen to be rewarded for that. We also know they’re after plans that offer extra value for when they do business with overseas clients. That’s why, on selected plans, we’ve added unlimited standard international calls to 10 selected countries from Australia and unlimited international calls and SMS when roaming in selected countries,” said Mr Ball.
Optus My Plan Business starts at $45 per month and range up to $125 per month.
“Because Optus SMB is all about making it easy for small business to do business in the one place, we can also consolidate all mobile and mobile broadband services into one monthly bill and provide businesses with access to a shared pool of data for their eligible services,” said Mr Ball.
Optus SMB has continued to ramp up its specific small to medium business offerings and announced Optus Business Care which allows SMB customers access to 24/7 live chat online for sales enquiries, My Business Fast Lane – which provides access to fast tracked support for eligible business mobile customers via a separate call queue – and on the $125/m My Plan Business, Optus Premium Support, which provides you with your own dedicated customer support team.
Optus SMB recently announced it had completed the roll-out of 126 small business specialist stores across its existing retail footprint, a dedicated Adelaide-based SMB call centre team and received Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction award for small business phone plan providers for the third year in a row.
