What our survey respondents say about Bob Jane T-Marts

Canstar Blue’s most recent car tyre retailer survey sought the opinions of more than 1,200 drivers around Australia. Some of the comments from customers who purchased tyres from Bob Jane T-Marts were as follows:

The process is usually quite efficient. They look after you and answer any queries. I’m not certain that hands were clean before driving my car.
Customer focus was good waiting room was comfortable. The outlet I go to is in a very busy spot so can be a little tricky getting in & out.
They are a reliable business, been here for many years and I’ve had no problems. Had to leave car all day and was not ready when I went to pick up.
They always do a good deal, if they don’t have tyres in they get them in the next day, let you know if anything else needs doing to your car. Constantly wants me to come back and rotate my tyres.
Good range of tyres and good prices. Locations are not convenient for me.
