Promotion name: Canstar Blue “Steam Iron 2017”
This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of Canstar Blue’s “General Terms and Conditions of Promotions”, available at https://www.canstarblue.com.au/terms-and-conditions/. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.

| 4 | Details of Prize and value | The draw will be in relation to one prize, a Tefal GV9080 Pro Express X-Pert Care Steam Iron, valued at ($849 RRP) (called a “Prize”). The prize will be posted to then winner’s validly nominated postal address, at Canstar Blue’s cost. |
| 5 | Draw date, time and location | The Prize Winner will be randomly from a list of eligible participants. The draw will take place between 10:00am and 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 26th July, 2017 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
The Prize winner will be notified by email and Facebook private message no later than 5pm on Wednesday 26th July, 2017. The Prize winner will be required to reply to Canstar Blue, via reply email or Facebook private message, of their: – acceptance of the prize, – full name, – contact phone number, – postal address, – year of birth, – approval for Canstar Blue to announce their name as the Prize winner on the www.canstarblue.com.au and/or other relevant publications. |
| 6 | Permit details (if applicable) | This Promotion is authorized in NSW by Permit number LTPS/17/14709. The conditions of the permit(s) will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency. |
| 7 | Additional Conditions | 1. By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule.
2. Should any Prize winner(s) not validly claim their Prize(s) within two business days of being notified, a re-draw will take place in respect of the unclaimed Prize(s). Subsequent re-draw/s, if required, will occur between 10:00am and 12:00 pm AEST on the business day immediately following the expiry of the claim period. The new winner/s shall be notified by 5pm AEST on the day of the re-draw. 3. Comments made on the Canstar Blue Facebook page by Facebook users may be used by Canstar Blue for promotional purposes, including but not limited to on the website https://www.canstarblue.com.au. |
