As part of Foxtel’s sports package, you’ll receive multiple ESPN channels, meaning you’ll be able to catch a number of regular MLB games, both through Foxtel Now and the Foxtel App. Last year, Aussie baseball fans were treated to five MLB games per round, with the same number expected for the 2019 season, in addition to a variety of talk-show programs to ensure you’re kept up to date with the latest.
- Foxtel’s Sport Pack starts from $29 per month, but can be bundled with other packs if you want a break from sports.
A subscription-based service, MLB.TV offers two tiers for baseball fans to choose from – the Lite tier (a free service that includes highlights, breaking news and up-to-dates scores, as well as access to one full match) in addition to the paid subscription tier. The paid tier offers live-streams to all games, including the World Series, with replays of your favourite games also available. Audio options and matches from previous seasons are also available, making it a handy option for those on the go or those looking to re-live the glory days.
- A MLB.TV subscription will cost you $24.99(USD) a month, or $112.99(USD) a year, making it one of the more expensive options for all your MLB action.
