Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra and S23 FE features and specs

The flagship Galaxy S23 includes a FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, ‘Contour cut’ 12MP front-facing camera, triple rear camera setup (50MP wide + 12MP ultra-wide + 10MP telephoto), along with 3,900mAh battery and up to 25W wired and 15W wireless charging, 5G connectivity and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor for Galaxy.

The next step up is the Galaxy S23+, which carries most of the same features, but in a larger phone. It includes a 6.6-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and boosted 4,700mAh battery, up to 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra has the biggest upgrades of the lineup, especially the inclusion of the S Pen stylus for added functionality. There’s a much bigger 6.8-inch Edge Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, a 12MP front-facing camera, and a quad rear-camera setup with 200MP wide and 12MP ultra-wide cameras along with two 10MP telephoto cameras. The device features a 5,000mAh battery with up to 45W wired and 15W wireless charging, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor for Galaxy and 5G connectivity. It also includes a 1TB storage size option, which is not available for the other S23 phones.

The Galaxy S23 FE is the more basic version in the lineup, featuring a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. You’ll also get a 10MP front-facing camera, triple rear camera setup with 50MP main, 12MP ultra-wide and 8MP telephoto cameras, 4,500mAh battery with fast charging, an Exynos 2200 4nm processor and 5G connectivity.
