If you’re looking to simplify your mobile life by going prepaid, Optus is throwing in some ‘epic’ extras on selected prepaid plans.

Pick up a new prepaid handset and spend $30 on your first recharge, and you can score two free recharges, as well as a bonus fitness watch with selected phones. Optus is giving away a free $79 watch with the following prepaid devices, provided you activate your SIM and purchase your first $30 recharge by 2 February, 2020.

  • OPPO AX5s
  • Optus X Vista
  • Optus X Wave
  • Optus X Power 2
  • Optus X View

The bonus watch is also available to customers buying Optus’ $99 4G WiFi modem. Once you’ve activated and recharged your new phone, you’ll be sent an SMS with a unique code. Redeem this online through Optus before 31 March, 2020, and you’ll receive your new watch within four weeks.

While the free fitness watch promo is only available on selected prepaid phones, all new prepaid customers on Optus’ Epic Data plans can claim two free recharges. To qualify, you’ll need to buy any Optus prepaid phone, activate your SIM, and recharge on an Epic Data Plan of $30 or more. You’ll then receive two bonus recharges of the same value, which will be added automatically 28 days and 56 days after your initial recharge.
