Most Satisfied Customers | Hardy's Zero

This year, Hardy’s Zero took out Canstar’s 2026 Most Satisfied Customers Award for Non-Alcoholic Wine, with Aussies rating the brand the highest across the categories that drive customer satisfaction.

How we rate non-alcoholic wine brands

Our review compares non-alcoholic wine brands on customer satisfaction, so you can find out what other Aussies think about the compared brands before you go ahead with a purchase. Think of it as like asking hundreds of your closest mates which non-alcoholic wine brand they think is best!

Canstar Blue surveyed 171 Australians for their feedback on the non-alcoholic wine brand(s) they’ve purchased and consumed in the last 12 months.

  • The outcomes reported in these ratings are measured via PureProfile’s accredited online research panel.

Respondents rate their satisfaction with their non-alcoholic wine brand(s) from zero to 10, where zero is extremely dissatisfied and 10 is extremely satisfied. Brand satisfaction was rated by respondents on the following criteria:
  • Value for money: quality and quantity of product for price paid.
  • Taste: as expected from flavour description.
  • Variety and range: good range of product options.

The winner is the brand Aussies rate highest for the things that matter most to customers, based on overall satisfaction. To see how we crunch the numbers, check out our Methodology page.

Brands must have received at least 30 responses to be included, so not all brands available in the market have been compared in this survey. The brands rated in this survey are listed below in order of best overall satisfaction.

  • Hardy’s Zero
  • Edenvale Alcohol Free
  • McGuigan Zero
