Sneak peek at rare Woolworths ‘Fix-em’ that could be worth a small fortune

49 MILLION rewards points up for grabs in Woolies’ Big Night In promo

Your next night in on the couch could be a big one if you shop at Woolies over the next month or so.

Woolworths is giving Everyday Rewards members the chance to be one of 49 shoppers who win one million Everyday Rewards points, plus a $3,000 home appliances package, as part of its annual Big Night In promotion.

What’s one million Rewards points worth? A cool $5,000 Rewards dollars, which the winners will be able to redeem on purchases at Woolies, Big W, Woolworths’ Everyday Market, BWS and some EG Ampol fuel stations.

As well as the points windfall, the 49 winners will also receive a package containing these appliances:

  • Philips XXL Digital Smart Air Fryer worth $629
  • Panasonic Bread Maker worth $359
  • Sunbeam Pie Magic Traditional Size 4 Up Pie Maker worth $99.95
  • Breville The Sear & Press Grill worth $379
  • Breville The Fast Slow Pro Slow Cooker worth $479
  • Cuisinart The Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker worth $249
  • Kenwood 4.6L Chef Kitchen Machine worth $599
  • L’OR BARISTA Coffee Machine worth  $229

The Big Night In promotion is in its 11th year, but this is the first year that Everyday Rewards points will be up for grabs. A winner will be chosen every day between May 17 and July 4.

Everyday Rewards members can enter by buying three eligible items in a single transaction at Woolworths every day between those dates. Shoppers need to scan their Everyday Rewards card at the checkout to be automatically entered into the daily draw. There’s a limit of five entries per person per day.

Natalie Davis, MD of Woolworths Supermarkets, said there would be plenty of specials on offer throughout the promotion. “The Big Night In is a great way to treat families and friends who opt for a night in instead of a night out this winter,” she said.

What are Everyday Rewards?

Everyday Rewards has been chosen by shoppers as Australia’s best rewards program for the past two years in Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers ratings. Shoppers gave Everyday Rewards five stars for the type and value of rewards it offered, how easy it was to sign-up and redeem rewards and for overall satisfaction.

It’s free to join Everyday Rewards to collect one point for every dollar spent at Woolworths and other retail partners. Woolies and its partners sometimes offer extra points, though, on specific purchases or services.

Shopping for deals? Check out Woolworths Mobile

Woolworths’ popular Woolworths Mobile telco service already offers seriously competitive prices for both SIM-only and phone-on-a-plan options, but did you know customers can also save 10% on one grocery shop each month? If you’re an Everyday Rewards member with a Woolworths Mobile phone plan, you’re entitled to a 10% discount on one Woolies shopping trip monthly, with up to $50 off your bill available — that’s a potential saving of $600 per year.

To qualify, you’ll need to be a Woolworths Mobile SIM-only, prepaid, or phone-on-a-plan customer, and link your account to your Everyday Rewards card through the Woolworths Mobile app. You’ll then be eligible for a monthly 10% discount in store or online once the offer is available on your profile. If you’re interested, you can compare SIM-only plans in the table below.

The following table shows Woolworths Mobile SIM-only plans published on Canstar Blue’s database, listed in order of standard monthly cost, from the lowest to highest and then by data allowance, largest to smallest.
