It’s easy to remember how to use the Slim Right shakes, as the program is as simple as switching two meals a day for two shakes! They come in a range of flavours, including Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry with Raspberry Ketones. According to Nature’s Way, each shake has been fortified with added fibre, vitamins and minerals and “contains 25% RDI of Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, E, folate, iodine, calcium, magnesium and zinc”.


The third and final part of the Slim Right program is to include three snacks a day into your diet and making low calorie, health-conscious choices. There are plenty of options to choose from and it’s a great opportunity to boost your intake of fresh food each day, as the Slim Right program allows these snacks to range anywhere from antioxidant rich blueberries to protein fuelled boiled eggs.
