This year’s Future of Comparison Student Scholarship winner

(Scholarship winner Shae Hourigan with Group Executive Canstar Blue & Group Strategy Megan Doyle)

Congratulations to Shae Hourigan, who is the winner of the Canstar Blue Future of Comparison Student Scholarship. To apply for the scholarship, Shae decided to write about the usefulness of meal delivery and investigated their growing popularity amongst families around Australia.  Shae found out about the scholarship through a friend, stating that she was “very, very lucky” to have found out about it, and is over the moon that she won.

When asked about how she would be spending the cash portion of the scholarship, Shae replied stating that she would “mostly use it initially to pay for textbooks and other useful resources that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford! It will also open up other opportunities for me to potentially attend conferences and other events in my field – they can be quite expensive so some extra money is extremely helpful”.
