Audi 1 Series

Audi’s first line of vehicles keeps it simple, yet suitability stylish. There are two models in the Audi 1 Series: The Audi A1 Sportsback and the Audi S1 Sportsback.

Audi A1 Sportback

The Audi A1 Sportback is a compact vehicle, ideal for city and urban driving. Audi says this vehicle excels in fuel efficiency and includes three drive modes to suit your style. The interior is also as classy as you’d expect from an Audi vehicle, with a driver information system, BOSE surround sound system and ambient lighting standard in some models. There are three models of Audi A1 Sportback: The standard Audi 1.0 TFSI, the 1.4 TFSI sport and the A1 1.8 TFSI S Line.

Audi A1 Sportback price

Prices for an Audi A1 Sportback start around $31-45,000. The TFSI 1.4 is slightly more expensive – around $31-32,000. The most expensive model is the 1.8 TFSI S Line, which comes in around the $45,000 mark.

Audi S1 Sportback

S1 Sports

The Audi S1 Sportback is pretty much the more fun version of the A1. It’s a convenient size for urban driving and shares the same striking features as the A1. The biggest difference is that the S1 has Quattro all-wheel drive, a 2.0L turbocharged engine, and sport suspension standard, creating a responsive, comfortable and powerful drive. There is only one model of the Audi S1 Sportback and it is only available in manual transmission.

Audi 3 Series

A3

The Audi 3 series finds a happy medium between luxury and everyday practicality. The A3 series includes the A3 and the sportier S3.

The Audi A3 is offered as a sportback, sedan (pictured) and cabriolet (aka a convertible). The A3 series includes what Audi describes as a ‘”revolutionary” Audi virtual cockpit, which is a 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster and driver information screen which replaces the traditional dials. It also has autonomous emergency braking, which warns the driver of incoming collisions and automatically hits the brakes if necessary to prevent an imminent collision. The Audi A3 looks the part inside and out, with Matrix LED headlights, leather appointed seats and a 10-speaker Audi sound. There are three models of Audi A3 available across all three body types: 1.4 TFSI CoD, 2.0 TFSI sport and 2.0 TFSi quattro S Line. The sportback version has an additional, more basic model – The 1.0 TFSI.

The price tag on an Audi A3 depends on its body, model and the state you live (due to stamp duty & tax).

  • Audi A3 Sedan price: The basic 1.4 TFSI CoD A3 Sedan costs about $41-44,000. The 2.0 TFSI Sport is a bit more, about $48-52,000. Finally, the 2.0 TFSI quattro will set you back around $57,000.
  • Audi A3 Sportback price: Prices for the Audi Sportback start around $36,000 for the basic 1.0 TFSI model. The next model up, the 1.4 TFSI, will cost you about $38,000 – $41,000. The 2.0 TFSI Sport is a bit pricier, costing a little upward of $45,000. Finally, the 2.0 TFSI quattro typically costs around $50,000.
  • Audi A3 Cabriolet: As you might expect, an Audi convertible is a little more expensive. Prices begin around $50,000 for the basic 1.4 TFSI model. The 2.0 TFSI Sport costs about $55-56,000 while the 2.0 TFSI quattro costs around $60,000.

Audi S3

The Audi S3 vehicles are suped-up versions of the A3 sedan, sportback and cabriolet (pictured). The Audi S3 vehicles are capable of sprinting from 0-100km/h in as little as 4.8 seconds thanks to its potent 2.0 turbocharged engine. It also has a more powerful and responsive drive thanks to its all-wheel drive and advanced stabilisation systems. There is only one model of S3, available across all body types.

Prices for an Audi A4 vary depending on the body, model and the state your state.

  • Sedan: Prices start around $61,000 for the 1.4 TFSI Sport. The TDI Quattro model is much more expensive, costing $73-76,000.
  • Avant: Prices are between $70,000 and $79,000. The 2.0 TFSI Sport model is the cheaper model while the TFSI quattro is considerably more expensive.
  • Allroad: A luxury 4×4 doesn’t come cheap. Expect to pay between $78,000 and $83,000 for an Audi A4 allroad. The TFSI model is toward the upper end of this range.

Audi S4

The Audi S4 comes in both sedan and Avant models. It exudes the style Audi is famous for and includes a virtual cockpit to replace the standard dials. Audi A5 prices vary depending on the body, model and the state you live in. The coupé and sportback are a similar price, beginning around the $78,000 for the 2.0 TFSI Sport. The A5 2.0 TDI quattro is slightly more expensive – about $82-84,000. The 2.0 TFSI quattro tops the list at about $90,000.

The cabriolet is $10,000 more expensive across all models.

Audi S5

The Audi S5 range means serious business, packing either a petrol or diesel 3.0 TFSI quattro turbocharged engine with 185 kW of power and 370 Nm of torque. It has a similar look and feel to the A5 and comes with a virtually identical set of features, combining the best of both worlds in luxury and performance.

The Audi S5 coupé and sportback will cost you between $110,000 and $120,000. The cabriolet version will set you back in the vicinity of $130,000.

Audi 6 series

Audi A6 is designed to be an unmistakable presence on the road. Once again the 6 series includes the A6 and S6 vehicle lines.

The A6 comes as both a sedan and the allroad quattro – a powerful, yet stylish off-roader (pictured). The A6 vehicles have a wide stance and dominating presence with a single frame grille and sharp headlights. Both vehicles also pack a monstrous 3.0 TDI bi-turbo V6 engine with 235 kW of power and 650 Nm of torque. Of course, it wouldn’t be an Audi car without the latest in driving technology like autonomous emergency braking and an advanced informant screen.

Not one to overlook the finer things, the Audi S6 also shows off 20” alloy wheels and a luxurious Valcona leather and carbon fibre interior.

There’s only one S7 model, but with a car this good, one model is all you need.

They include a virtual cockpit, quattro all-wheel drive and Audi’s pre-sense city suite to name just a few features. These SUV’s are perfect for families, but also have plenty of power and luxury to keep driving fun.

Prices begin around $42,000 for the most basic version of the Q2. Each subsequent model is slightly more expensive. The Q3 costs between $48,000 and $52,000, the Q5 sells for around $75-78,000, and the Q7 will set you back a little over $100,000.

Audi TT Range

The TT Range looks good and drives even better. The TT vehicles have a curved, dynamic design, focusing on style and fun above all else. There are two versions of the TT, available as both a coupé and roadster (aka convertible). These are the standard TT and the sportier TTS.

All TT models come with quattro all-wheel drive, Audi virtual cockpit and a suite of driving assist systems. The interior should also meet your expectations, with jet turbine-inspired air con vents and a stylish blend of stainless steel and leather.

Prices for an Audi TT begin around $80,000. The TTS is a little pricier, costing about $110-120,000. These prices include tax and vary across different states.

Audi R8 Range

The Audi R8’s are Audi’s top line luxury vehicles, with a lightweight construction and an outrageous V10 engine. Audi says the Audi R8’s share about half their components with formidable race cars and is sure to turn heads on Australian roads. The Audi R8 comes as a coupé, convertible (Spyder) and the RWS. But good luck on getting your hands on an Audi R8 RWS – there’s only 999 in the world.

R8

The Audi R8 coupé sells off the show room floor for $350,000 to $400,000. The Spyder is a little more – a bit over $400,000. If you happen to be interested in the RWS, then you’ll need to contact Audi for the price.

Audi RS range

The Audi RS range takes some of the models we’ve already mentioned in this article and adds a bit more style and power. The RS models include the RS 3 sedan, RS 5 coupé, RS 6 Avant, RS 7 Sportback, RS Q3, TT RS coupé, TT RS Roadster and the RS 3 Sportback. These cars are all very similar to their respective vehicle range, but have larger engines, 19” or 20” alloy wheels, sporty interiors and ride stabilisation systems for a smooth drive.

Audi R8 Coupe

Prices for an Audi RS start around the $95-$100,000 for the RS 3 sedan. Prices vary considerably across the range and can be as high as $300,000 for some of the top RS models like the RS 7 sportback (pictured).
