Samsung’s 2020 Galaxy S20 series is available for order in 2021, despite the newer S21 series being released. With premium features such as a quadruple camera set-up, next-level processor, and all-day battery life, the S20 range is hard to beat, but it doesn’t come cheap – especially if you’re buying a phone outright.
Luckily, if you plan on paying off your S20 through a telco plan, there are still some great deals and discounts on offer. We’ve rounded up the very best Samsung specials from Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and Woolworths Mobile below, as well as the cheapest plan options for each S20 phone from all providers.
Keep in mind though that as the S20 is now a year old, and the S21 range of phones has now been released, telcos will stop offering the S20 range of phones over time. If you want an S20 from a telco, pick one up sooner rather than later, as they’ll be phased out soon.

Cheapest Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra plans
The cheapest monthly option for picking up the S20 series is by spreading your device payments over 36 months. However, keep in mind that this won’t reduce the overall cost of your phone; you’ll still pay the same in total as on a 12 or 24-month option from the same provider, just with smaller monthly payments.
Below are 24-month options from each telco for the 128GB Galaxy S20 5G, Galaxy S20+ 5G, and Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Prices include your monthly handset cost, plus the cheapest plan option from each provider.

Woolworths Mobile Samsung Galaxy S20 deals
Woolworths is cutting prices on all three S20 models, offering customers $250 off their device when combined with a Woolworths Mobile plan. The $250 discount will be applied to your handset payment plan in equal monthly instalments, and is available on both 4G and 5G variants of the S20 range from 6 March, 2020 to 31 March, 2020. Keep in mind that if you terminate your Woolworths Mobile plan early, you’ll forfeit any remaining discounts.
Telstra Samsung Galaxy S20 deals
Telstra only has stock of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, however it’s likely this device will no longer be available in the future as stocks run out.
Optus Samsung Galaxy S20 deals
If you’re looking to pick up the S20 or S20+ from Optus, you can currently score up to $200 off your phone when you sign up for a 36-month or 24-month payment plan. This discount is applied to your monthly device payment, but customers will need to stay with Optus for the duration of their payment term to receive the full $200 saving. Unfortunately, the offer doesn’t apply to Optus’ 12-month handset payment plan, nor is it available for the premium Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S20 deals
Vodafone no longer has stock of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, although you can pick up the S20 FE or a range of other Samsung phones.
