Simson’s Pantry is an Australian-owned brand based in Maryborough, Victoria, that has been making flatbread products since the early 2000s. Its range includes tortilla wraps, naan, roti and souvlaki flatbreads as well as its new Better For You line covering low-carb, high-protein and low-FODMAP options.
