Also compared were L’Oreal, Head & Shoulders, TRESemme, Nature’s Organics, Pantene, Herbal Essence, Palmolive, Sunsilk, Schwarzkopf, and Garnier.
For men, Head & Shoulders stood on the…well, heads and shoulders of other brands! Head & Shoulder’s big claim to fame is their 100% dandruff free promise – achieved through regular usage. This brand achieved our Everyday Essentials Award for Men’s Shampoo. Pantene, Sunsilk, Garnier, ALDI Brands, Dove, Nature’s Organics, TREsemme, and Palmolive were also compared.
Canstar Blue commissions Colmar Brunton to regularly survey 2,500 Australian consumers across a range of categories to measure and track customer satisfaction. The outcomes reported in these Everyday Essentials Awards are the results from customers within the survey group who have purchased and used shampoo in the last three months – in this case, 926 people who had purchased men’s shampoo, and 1,093 who had purchased women’s.
Brands must have received at least 30 responses to be included.
