There are four ADSL2+ broadband plans on offer from MyNetFone, with the entire range focusing on low-cost, no-frills broadband products. Each plan comes with the unusually generous inclusion of unlimited uploads, regardless of download quota, which is good news for those who work from home and often upload large files. Conversely, download quotas are divided evenly into peak and off-peak allowances, so be wary of how much you download during peak demand hours.

You can choose from three contract terms – no contract ($99 setup fee), 12 months ($49 setup fee) or 24 months (no setup fee). NBN plans

MyNetFone offers three NBN-ready broadband plans for eligible households, each of which provides big download quotas and your choice of three download speed tiers. If you want to download games and stream movies as fast as possible, here are your options:

  • Tier 2: 25/5 Mbps (+$10/month)
  • Tier 5: 100/40 Mbps (+$30/month)

How does MyNetFone compare to other broadband providers?

MyNetFone’s focus on value means its products are extremely competitive in the Australian broadband market. Their Basic plan represents one of the cheapest broadband connections on the market at less than $40 per month – although its inclusion of just 20GB dents the value proposition.
